Intake Dog Handler

Goal:
This course provides an advise on the potential abilities of a dog handler candidate.

2 days

Number of students:
minimum 4 - maximum 10 students.

Short introduction on the course:
BDuring the course the students are observed while conducting all kinds of (relative) easy tasks with trained dogs. This will provide all essential knowledge for our consultants to report on the potentials of a candidate.

Summary:
DAfter completion of the course the candidate and a (potential) employer will have an objective insight in the potentials as a dog handler of the candidate.
 

Police/attack dog handler

Goal:
This course provides all knowledge essential to work as a police / attack dog handler.

Knowledge/Experience:
Basic dog handler

Length: 10 days

Number of students:
minimum 5 - maximum 10 students.

Shortintroduction on the course:
During the course the students are introduced in and taught to work and train according to the "De Nederlandse Bond voor de Diensthond" program.

Summary:
After completion of the course the student will be able to work in accordance to the "De Nederlandse Bond voor de Diensthond" program.

 

Police / attack dog handler practice

Goal:
This course provides all knowledge essential to work as a police / attack dog handler in practical (hazardous) situations.

Knowledge/Experience::
Police / attack dog handler

Length: 2 days

Number of students:
minimum 4 - maximaal 8 students.

Shortintroduction on the course:
During the course the students are introduced in and taught to react on practical situations. Containment of violence, stabilisation of a hazardous situation and safety for handler, dog and public are essential items.

Na het afronden van After completion of the course the student will be ultimately prepared to counter any (potential) hazardous situation effectively
